Can I try CANVID before purchasing?

Yes! You can try and explore all features without purchasing a license except for exporting videos and creating quick share links which utilizes CANVID Cloud.

What’s the difference between the Subscription and Lifetime plans?

The Subscription plan gives you full access to CANVID for while subscribed, including unlimited exports and cloud services. The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment, giving you permanent access to the app and updates for life.

What cloud features are included?

Cloud features include Quick Share and hosted videos with share links, plus your CANVID cloud library where you can store and organize uploaded videos including collections. Some AI features can also run in Cloud mode when local execution isn’t available or you simply want to keep things on your device.

Does CANVID include cloud storage?

Yes. CANVID includes cloud storage for uploaded videos in your account, so you can keep videos in your cloud library, organize them into collections, and share them with a link.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yep, you can cancel your subscription anytime. You'll still have access until the end of your billing period.

How many devices can I use CANVID on?

Both the Lifetime and Subscription plans allow you to use CANVID on up to 3 personal devices, as long as they are owned and used by the same user.

Yes! CANVID supports both Windows and Mac.

Can I switch from a Subscription to a Lifetime plan?

Yes, you can switch to the Lifetime plan anytime while on a subscription.
