Add an extra layer of polish by allowing exported videos to have subtle motion blur on the cursor and animations to make the video feel more produced.

The ability to show the keys you’re pressing during a recording. Very useful for showing hotkeys such as Ctrl + C, Ctrl + V etc.

Ability to use Ctrl + Z to undo recent changes

The ability to adjust the words you've spoke while editing without needing to record the video all over again.

If the project's aspect ratio is set to auto, the canvas size should adjust so that the padding around the entire video frame is even/uniform.

A version of Canvid that can be installed and used on Mac

During a screen recording, there can be times where you want to make yourself full screen to give emphasis on something you’re saying.

Add music that can be played for the duration of the video, including volume adjustment.

Normalize microphone volume levels and ability to process audio so that it sounds more like a professional microphone.

Specify and resize the window you're capturing to ensure uniformity. I.e. setting a window to be 1280px x 720px before capturing

Select areas of your recording to blur or pixelate to avoid leaking sensitive information.

Highlight a specific part of the screen while making everything else dim. This can really help guide the viewers attention where you want it.

Add text labels to clicks to reinforce the action or click.

Identify and remove mistakes or filler words such as urm, making your projects more engaging.

Export a transcript you’ve generated. This could then be used for YouTube, media players etc.

When editing a video it can be useful to save a particular frame as an image, especially when recording tutorials and help desk material.

Allow the content creator to see how many people have viewed the videos they've uploaded as a share link.
