CANVID Gallery: Managing & Sharing Your Cloud Recordings

Clicking View Online right after Exporting your video will take you to your video's Share Page, which is uploaded in CANVID's very own server online. To quickly share your video online, copy the URL from your video’s share page. 

CANVID Cloud Gallery

The Gallery is where all Canvid videos you have uploaded online are stored. To access the gallery, go to app.canvid.com/gallery

At the Share Page, click Manage Video at the upper right corner. This will take you to the Media Details page.

Media Details

Media Details is where you can manage your cloud video.

• Change the Title & Description: When doing so, do not forget to click Save at the upper-right corner.
• Download & Delete: Click the menu icon at the upper-right corner if you want to download your video, or delete it from the Canvid cloud.
• Watch your video: You can watch your video directly from the Media Details page. Aside from its built in playback tools, you can also change the following:
  • Change Playback loop and speed options
  • Enable Accessibility features (Announcements & Keyboard Animations)
  • Audio: Boost the audio to make the video’s volume louder than normal.
  • Casting: You can cast your Canvid video to devices within your network.

Sharing Your Video

You can quickly share your video online by clicking the copy link button at the bottom right corner of the Media Details page.

Alternatively, clicking the Share button at the upper right corner will give you access to more share options:

Allows you to copy a link for direct sharing with anyone

This generates an embed code which you can paste on your website

Copy this link to generate a Preview link you can embed on your emails.
